The sight of this gives even the most experienced of boaters a sense of unease; V for Vortex. The rapid itself is a maelstrom of currents and hydraulics. The risk of running this rapid is high and the path to carry your boat around is well traveled. This Russian Imperial Stout is a maelstrom of Roasted Malts, Belgian Candi, Cacao and Dark Cherries. Certainly, it is a big beer, but stay the course, and you will be rewarded for it.
